Privacy information for the Neural UI showcase.
Controller and contact
Controller: Pedro Moreno Trujillo. Address: Calle Azahar 26, Coín, 29100, Málaga, Spain. Email for privacy requests and rights: [email protected]. No data protection officer has been designated, as one is not applicable to this activity.
Data, purposes, and legal bases
To deliver and protect the site, the hosting provider may process IP addresses, technical request data, and security logs. Legal basis: the owner's legitimate interest in providing and securing the service, subject to the real hosting configuration and balancing assessment; legal obligation where applicable.
Language, theme, and demo table state are stored in the browser to remember user preferences. They are not sent to the owner to build profiles. If those preferences contain personal data, the legal basis is the requested functionality or legitimate interest, subject to the owner's final assessment.
Google Analytics 4 (ID G-97MM5NGYFK) loads only after analytics is accepted. It measures visits and pages to improve documentation. Legal basis: consent. This site does not use personalized advertising; the GA4 account configuration and Google Signals must be verified in Google's dashboard.
The site has no contact form. If a visitor voluntarily emails the listed contact address, the message data is used to handle the request. Legal basis: legitimate interest or precontractual steps depending on the request, and legal obligation where applicable.
Retention
The analytics choice is valid for at most 12 months and is requested again if this policy, its purposes, or providers change. Local preferences remain until cleared in the browser. GA4 cookies are configured for a maximum of 12 months from creation, without automatic renewal.
GA4 user and event data retention is set to two months without renewal. Retention of Vercel technical logs is governed by the provider's configuration and documentation. Messages voluntarily sent by email are retained only as long as necessary to address them and meet applicable legal obligations.
Recipients and international transfers
Vercel hosts and delivers the site; Google provides Analytics only with consent. Their roles depend on the service and contract. International transfers and subprocessors are governed by each provider's current privacy and contractual documentation. The project uses Vercel Hobby; Vercel's public DPA is directed to Pro and Enterprise, so this contractual point remains subject to legal assessment or clarification from Vercel.
No other measurement SDKs such as Vercel Web Analytics, Speed Insights, Sentry, Hotjar, Clarity, PostHog, Meta Pixel, or Segment were found in the reviewed showcase code. The live hosting dashboard configuration still needs checking.
Rights and withdrawal
Where applicable, you can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to [email protected]. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through “Change privacy preferences”; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es. Before publication, the owner must verify the process for handling requests within legal deadlines.
